Anand Mahindra praises Mumbai’s Sassoon Docks as a ‘big, creative’ canvas

Industrialist Anand Mahindra expressed his admiration for the transformation of Sassoon Docks in Mumbai into a vibrant canvas as part of the Mumbai Urban Art Festival. In his post on X on March 30, Mahindra “thanked” the organisers of the festival as he shared a few pictures of the docks that impressed the internet on a whole new level.

Mahindra commended the initiative, highlighting the docks’ transition into a captivating artistic space. He described the experience of wandering through the lanes of Sassoon Docks as “sheer delight”.

His post also accompanied another photograph captured by Mahindra himself, which featured an Egret taking flight against the backdrop of the transformed dock area.
